Lucy is the founder of a number of innovation platforms which help organizations build lasting innovation capability as the basis for long term shared prosperity. Prior to life in academia, she was a sustainability consultant, worked in the major international consultancy to global resource sector, and founded three start-ups in Europe. She received her Ph.D. from the Victoria University, Melbourne and has Master of Engineering Degree from Riga Technical University(Latvia) and Master Degree in Natural Resource Management from Massey University(New Zealand), Bachelor Degrees in Environmental Science with Honors from Riga Technical Institute. She is married and is proud to be the mother of two delightful grownups.
