Strategy for engineering managers and business leaders, that focuses on the tools and practices suitable for high-uncertainty conditions. Participants learn how to thrive in rapidly changing and highly uncertain environments, gain insight into a current pressing change initiative within their own organization, and immediately begin to apply the learning to make rapid progress and think differently.

Building quality organisations and leadership (MANU1373)
This course is designed to learn how organisation can create and sustain organisation culture that supports and nourish creativity, innovations, progress towards agility and higher productivity. The course is an online and fact to face that provides executives with the concepts, tools, and application opportunities to dramatically enhance the effectiveness of their efforts to create new businesses from within their firms.
The course is designed in three parts, which address the three central challenges of corporate entrepreneurship:
- How to create entrepreneurial culture
- How to develop those ideas into a business
- How to launch this new business so that it can merge successfully with the corporate parent
Project management (MANU2123)
It seems everyone needs to study project management if productivity and efficiency of organisation to improve. We all need to be more creative and effective in modern workplace. This course is designed to deliver just this – efficiency, productivity, effective budget management, stakeholders management, strategic project selection, project management maturity model, risk management, environmental risks.
Advanced Management Program
Lucy Lunevich is one of the core faculty for RMIT, school of engineering’s flagship Advanced Engineering Management programs. Designed in either a four-week residential format or a two-week by two-week residential format, the course is designed for executives ready to make a significant move in their careers.
Executives emerge from the Advanced Management Program stronger and more focused leaders, ready to better communicate their strategy and execute change for their organizations.
Women in Leadership: Expanding Influence and Leading Change
In partnership with AusiMM who have deeply researched the field relating to women’s advancement in executive careers, Lucy is the core strategy faculty member for this highly successful course focusing on women’s leadership. It is designed to help participants gain insight into how they can better build confidence, build skill and become effective change agents and advocates inside and outside their organizations.
